We all have our difficulties; at times they overwhelm us and leave us feeling hopeless and in despair. These difficulties are very real, and consume us. And yet on a day like today, ANZAC Day, we turn away from ourselves, think of others and what they have been through. We pause and remember what they have had to do, so very far from home. And we remember; ”they were so young.”

I do this work because I believe that with the right help and support, people change – I see it all the time. Whether you are battling something big or small, I believe that change is possible even when you don’t know how to change, when things seem hopeless or when the odds are stacked against you
